What forms of payment do we accept?
A. Pay with Visa, Master Card, American Express or Discover in advance. Provide your credit card number to hold and confirm your reservation. Payment instructions are provided in the Terms of Service which are emailed with every quote and booking.
Are there any hidden fees?
A. No. All charges will be disclosed in the email quote. All invoices will have a 20% gratuity added. Our fares include all passengers.
When is payment due?
A. Our reservations are taken on a first come, first serve basis. Reservations not paid 24 hours prior to transport may be cancelled at any time. For questions, please call 904-472-7025.
How do I find my Aussie Transportation Driver at Jacksonville International Airport?
A. Aussie Transportation will meet you in Baggage Claim at Carousel Number 1 in the Meet and Greet Area holding a sign with your name on it.
What type of vehicles does Aussie Transportation use?
A. Aussie Transportation uses full size luxury sedans and SUV’s. Modern luxury sedans do not have as much luggage space as the previous generation Lincoln Towncar due to government standards. Please keep this in mind when reserving a luxury sedan.
What type of service does Aussie Transportation provide?
