How to pay: All reservations are on a first come, first serve basis. A credit card on file is required to hold your reservation. Please call 904-472-7025 to provide your credit card information. We will charge the credit card on file in advance prior to your transportation.

Where to find us at Jacksonville Airport: Aussie Transportation will meet you in Baggage Claim at Carousel Number 1 holding a sign with your name on it.
If we do not have the phone number of the passenger, then we cannot contact the passenger to help them find us. Please remember this if you reserve transportation and did not provide a phone number for the passenger.
Last minute changes to any reservation may result in Aussie Transportation not being able to provide the transportation or the customer accepting a wait time while we do our best to respond to the change.
Hourly rates are billed in 1 hour increments.
Any extra services requested during a transport may result in additional charges.
Cancellation Policy: Sedan, SUV and Minivan transfer reservations of 6 passengers or less must be cancelled at least 4 hours prior to reservation time or the total charge will be billed for the trip. Sedan, SUV, Van, Minivan, Stretch limousine, mini bus, motor coach, special event, concert and sporting event reservations of 7 passengers or more must be cancelled at least 96 hours prior to reservation time or the total charge will be billed for the trip. The driver has the right to terminate the trip without refund if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client.
Please call 904-472-7025 or your driver directly if you require your driver to wait longer than 20 minutes. Additional charges may apply. The driver may leave if there is no contact with the client.
There are no Meet and Greet pick ups at Jaxport Cruise Terminal. Please call 904-472-7025 or your driver directly when you are deboarded and the driver will come to pick you up.
No vehicle will be dispatched to an unconfirmed reservation.
All drivers are Independent contractors with their own Commercial Automobile Insurance Policies and the customer understands that any Insurance claims will go thru their drivers Commercial Automobile Insurance Policy and Aussie Transportation assumes no liability.
Fares do not include any Tolls that are charged by any entity during the transport.
Additional Fees: All invoices will have a 20% gratuity added. Our fares include all passengers. Extra charges can apply to any of the following: $3.25 – Jacksonville Airport Toll, $10 – Surcharge for transports after 12 AM, $10 – Surcharge for pick ups prior to 5:30 AM, $10 – Jaxport Cruise Terminal Toll (only applies to pick ups from the cruise terminal), other tolls vary based on destination, charges vary for extra stops based on mileage.
No combining of discounts is allowed. One discount per customer per reservation. Promo code discounts are discounts off of full rates.
Modern Luxury sedans do not have as much luggage capacity as previous generation Lincoln Towncars due to governement standards. Please consider your luggage when reserving a luxury sedan.
Aussie Transportation reserves the right to correct any and all errors in a reservation including addresses, pricing, dates, times, customer contact information and driver information.
Written fare quotes are valid for 60 days.
If your driver is unable to complete your transport for any reason, the driver will contact you. Aussie Transportation will find alternate transportation for the customer or refund any pre-paid reservations that we are unable to honor due to unplanned issues at Aussie Transportation. Aussie Transportation assumes no liability or responsibility as unplanned issues are beyond our control.
Late and early arrivals to any Airport, Amtrak, or bus station are beyond our control and can impact our schedule. Call 904-472-7025 or your driver directly upon your arrival.
Any damage to any Aussie Transportation vehicle (including independent contractors vehicles), will result in the passenger being sent an invoice to pay for the damages. Aussie Transportation reserves the right to pursue all legal remedies to collect on an invoice for any damages caused by a passenger.
When accepting reservations from an affiliate, Aussie Transportation will follow normal guidelines for that affiliate. Aussie Transportation policies will be used when there is no written policy from the affiliate.
